3.BPSC Mineral Development Officer (MDO) Recruitment 2025:

Eligibility Criteria

📌 Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess either:

  • A second‑class M.Sc. in Geology or Applied Geology,

  • M.Tech in Geology,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering,
    awarded by a recognized university or institute

📌 Age Requirements (as on 1 August 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years

  • Maximum Age – General / BC / EBC / EWS: 37 years (male), up to 40 years for female candidates

  • SC/ST candidates receive relaxation: up to 42 years for both male and female.

📌 Domicile & Nationality

Only Indian citizens domiciled in Bihar are eligible to apply

📌 Experience & Attempts

No previous experience is required and there is no limit on the number of attempts, up to the maximum age limit
